We depart every day at 11:00 AM from Antigua Guatemala or from the entrance of the Acatenango Volcano farm, and we return to your hotel in Antigua Guatemala at 11:00 AM the following day.

Itinerary
Day 1
11:00 AM: Departure from Antigua Guatemala by 4x4
2:00 PM: Arrival at the end of the barrel road at 3,600 meters above sea level. From there, we walk 2 kilometers to reach our campsite. The hike takes 40 minutes.
2:40 PM: Arrival at the campsite at 3,700 meters above sea level
3:00 PM: Settle in and relax.
3:30 PM: Watch the sunset and nighttime eruptions from our cabins
7:00 PM: Dinner and social time
Day 2
3:30 AM: Wake up and get ready to hike
4:00 AM: Start the 1-hour-and-30-minute hike to reach the crater of Acatenango Volcano at 3,976 meters above sea level
5:30 AM: Arrival at the crater to watch the sunrise and enjoy the surrounding views
6:30 AM: Begin the return to the campsite
7:00 AM: Arrival at the campsite for breakfast
8:00 AM: Begin the return to the area where the 4x4 vehicles are located, a 2-kilometer walk
8:40 AM: Arrival and transfer to Antigua Guatemala
11:00 AM: Arrival at your hotel in Antigua Guatemala
